Refund policy

Regular Apparel Purchases

For standard and non final sale apparel items, Launch offers a 30-day return window. Items must be unworn, in their original condition, and have tags attached to qualify for a refund or store credit. Customers can initiate returns by contacting info@launchapparel.com, providing their order number and reason for return or using the form found HERE. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, except in cases of defects or errors by Launch.

Custom items are non-refundable once design proofs are approved, due to the made-to-order nature of these products. Exceptions are made for defective items or products that do not match the approved proof. Customers must report such issues within 7 days of receipt. Launch may request photos or the return of the item for inspection to verify claims. In these cases, customers can choose a replacement or a refund.

Refund Processing

Refunds for both regular and custom purchases are processed within 5 business days after Launch receives and inspects the returned item or approves the refund request. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Store Credit

Customers opting for store credit receive a code usable for future purchases on our website. Store credit does not expire.
